Resumes Elie Beniflah Expertise: Experience: Elie has 33 years of experience in the high tech industry as executive manager and consultant. His experience includes 25 years with Motorola in both Phoenix, Arizona, and in France, where he was a Product Engineer for High Reliability Digital semiconductors, Product Marketer with Motorola Toulouse IC's, and Production Control Group Leader. As Toulouse Human Resources Manufacturing Directors, he provided leadership and direction to 61 persons in 5 teams; he managed legal labor issues, union relations and severance plans; sourcing, college recruitment and staffing; on-the-job training; organizing site and critical information security; and coordinating internal communication. Elie, as Operations Director, then created Motorola University in France to provide education and training solutions to French-speaking Motorola employees. His key achievements were providing management education and coaching to 180 middle managers; sourcing, designing, and delivering 29 new training courses; facilitating induction days for all new hires in France; and offering training solutions to Motorola customers and suppliers. Upon leaving Motorola, Elie created Kalisto University, a knowledge management organization, which employed 300 people.
