With over 17 years of experience working for health insurance carriers, including Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Ralph Epifanio specializes in alternate funding methods and medium to long term strategic planning. The ultimate goal is to free up capital for the employer to invest where necessary.
As the principal of Integrity Employee Benefit Consulting, Ralph formed a company to share his years of experience with employers so they can utilize the most financially advantageous products available. Prior to starting his company, Ralph and his Anthem team members worked with several employers to help reduce health insurance expenditures which allowed them to compete in the national and international arena. Ralph also worked for the Trustmark companies working his way up from the mailroom to the #1 Client Manager Nationally for client retention and profitability.
