Experience:
James has been a consultant and instructor providing training and assistance to businesses and organizations, both small and large, for the past 15 years. He assists in the implementation of delivered subject matter by providing training and certification of other trainers, assists in rewriting of client subject matter, and leads process mapping sessions. Prior to becoming a consultant on an independent basis, James was the Manager of Service/Quality/Claims in the Steel Service Center Industry (carbon steel processing, warehousing, and distribution). Here he initiated the implementation of a plant-wide Statistical Process Control system; made recommendations for continuous system-wide improvements to eliminate claims; filed and settled all claims with suppliers; and settled all customer claims including making all direct service calls to customers.
