Jill is a highly skilled training professional with a unique blend of adult education and technical training expertise. She has a master's degree in Elementary Education/ Computer Based Education and sixteen years of experience in adult education and instructional design and development.

Jill has managed several projects, course facilitators, and instructional designers for major corporations and a training university. She has analyzed, designed, and developed straw model surveys, training workbooks, instructor guides, and course presentation slides for audiences from senior VPs and senior managers, to sales representatives and new hires. Jill has developed very successful projects that included workbooks with a training database, step-by-step instructions, and multimedia CD that introduce workshop participants to the curriculum prior to attendance.

Jill has conducted personal computer courses for local businesses and local community colleges. She is proficient in Microsoft products. She has instructed over 300 corporate and sales representatives on sales force automation products including Siebel software. She has conducted over 150 nation-wide AS/400 and S/36 training seminars and workshops for employees, school district administrators, business partners, and IBM representatives.
