During his more than 30 years of experience as a professional, Karl Williams has held various positions within Westinghouse Electric Corporation, GTE Corporation, Northern Telecom, Inc., and Motorola, Inc. He has participated in all areas of software development, verification, and support. He has led teams of Software Engineers in quality and verification efforts for telephony products and led software interface with customers and both Bellcore and Bell Northern Research technical leaders. In recent years he has developed over 50 software and quality training classes, groomed instructors, and provided software consulting for Motorola and clients. Karl has published over 70 papers and articles on software and quality. He also wrote a book entitled Continuous Improvement and Reengineering . . . A Better Way for the Harvard University Business School (1994). He has visited and consulted at over 100 companies in 17 countries.
