My introduction to Charles Loew and Motorola was as a Trainee in Cross-Functional Process Mapping where Charles trained a group of facilitators in the skills, theory and philosophy of business re-engineering. As part of this training, Charles was always just a phone call away for advice and support on handling any concerns we had with some difficult process and always encouraged and supported our internal consultants.
Charles also facilitated a wide number of Cross Functional Process Mapping projects throughout BHP over the past eight years, some which covered the entire business with excellent results and today are still being streamlined further.
Cross Functional Process Mapping (Business Process Re-Engineering) is still being actively used by the Internal Consultants that were trained by Charles and is a powerful tool within the greater BHP Toolkit for business improvement.
