Congratulations on your new business opportunity. I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with you on a number of key initiatives over the past decade. Most recently, you were a tremendous asset in developing and implementing the MIND Initiative focused on cycle time reduction in early drug development at Lilly. By leveraging your experience and expertise, we have successfully realized opportunities to reduce time and cost in the development of new compounds. We are pleased that the first application of the new process indicates a positive return on our total investment. Many other applications have been identified and will most likely benefit from this new process.
