Historically, Williamson-Dickie has performed internal studies on specific areas to streamline our processes. Fairly recently, we worked in conjunction with one of our partners as well as the education group of Motorola to perform another process mapping study.
I first met Charles Loew at the beginning of this venture. He was extremely professional and was instrumental in setting the stage for all of us. He then skillfully guided all our people through the process and ultimately to the conclusion of the project.
There were a tremendous number of improvement ideas brought about and then implemented into our company. Charles helped us focus on the important items and through proper questioning, forced us to address the real issues at hand. The results of this project have been terrific, as it has reduced our cycle time exponentially, increased data integrity and overall corporate communication.
