Experience:
Rolf Soderstrom has 35 years of experience in operations management, including more than 20 years with Codex Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Motorola. As an officer of Codex, he helped guide the company through dramatic market and technology changes and helped the company achieve 40% annual compounded growth over 19 years. Currently, Rolf is Senior Applications Consultant at Motorola University where he is responsible for helping companies focus on quality, design, and manufacturing issues as a means of increasing their ability to complete in a global marketplace. At Codex, Rolf helped the company grow from $1 million in annual sales and 75 associates to $500 million in sales and 4,200 associates worldwide. During his tenure, Rolf held a variety of positions, including Vice President of Manufacturing; Senior Vice President, Corporate Planning; Senior Vice President/General Manager, Product Operations; and most recently Executive Vice President. Rolf also serves on numerous boards and is a frequent speaker throughout the U.S., specializing in topics that assist organizations in their journey to Total Customer Satisfaction.
