Resumes Sheila D. Keitel Expertise: Experience: Sheila Keitel has been consulting in organization effectiveness and change management for 12 years in private and public sectors with over 18 years in training design and delivery. She works with diverse businesses from manufacturing and architecture to non-profit agencies, medical offices and academia to improve or enhance interpersonal dynamics and organizational effectiveness. She has defined core organizational values and developed a culture to align behaviors to the values. Sheila established internal systems for support and accountability for behaviors that included designing a 360 feedback system. The overall strategy guided a company in a three-year period of growth from $1 billion to over $2 billion, through IPO status, and from 90 to over 500 employees. She designed and implemented programs to institutionalize corporate initiatives, which aligned employees to company vision and goals through the use of structured dialogue and performance management systems. Sheila was one of six consultants selected to facilitate the conversion of a technical business to high performance teams, which was successfully completed in less than a year.
