S. J. Roy is an Advisor, Trainer and Facilitator in "BUSINESS RESULT ENHANCEMENT" through cost and cycle time reduction by application of Total Quality, Quality Circles, Customer Focus. and Business Process improvement.
Mr. Roy had an extensive career with major multinational and public sector firms - a total of 35 years' experience as Chief of Total Quality, Customer Focus, Business Process Improvement and HRD. He was also one of the founding members of Quality Circle Forum of India, being an Honorary Director for 11 years. His last assignment was as Principal Consultant with the Institute of Quality Ltd. (IQL), Delhi.
He has facilitated over 3000 Quality Improvement/Business Process Improvement/ Benchmarking projects for over 70 Organizations, both in manufacturing and service sectors. Mr. Roy has exposure in HRD, Total Quality, Quality Circle and Customer Focus practices at some renowned organizations in the USA and Japan. His papers have been published in Economic Times and also major publications of USA, Japan, Mexico, Korea, and Philippines.
Education:
Mr. Roy holds a bachelor degree in Engineering and post-graduate education in Training and Development and Kaizen.
