MASET is an organization formed by Charles Loew in 2000 to apply the tools developed by Motorola and taught by Motorola University to organizations throughout the world. Charles has spent 10 years with the consulting and training services team of Motorola University in applying these tools to many organizations (see the Customer List). MASET has signed an agreement with Motorola that allows MASET to use the Motorola developed Intellectual Property to assist MASET Customers. In addition, Motorola will provide ongoing improvements and new materials as they are developed. In return for the use of the Motorola Intellectual Property, MASET will be paying Motorola a royalty. Our objective is to help organizations on their journey of continuous improvement. We will consult with organizations to determine what tools can be applied to their journey. We will facilitate activities to reduce cycle time for any process. We will teach the tools of Six Sigma to your organization. We will facilitate the development of technology roadmaps and strategic plan to define the vision, mission, objectives, and long-term strategy of your organization. Overall, we try to make a difference for our clients, help our clients make more money, and have fun while achieving these objectives. We have the abilities and personnel to help you in implementing, training, and, ultimately, making you self-sufficient by providing you with the correct tools, procedures, and methodology for your journey of continuous improvement.
