Experience:
George Woodley has over 20 twenty years of experience in the areas of customer-focused root cause analysis and problem solving, training, facilitating and mentoring of continuous improvement teams and project management, designing and implementing employee training programs for Lean Six Sigma in the transactional and manufacturing arenas. He gained his experience in Ford's Six Sigma program as a Master Trainer, where he was involved with Black Belts and Green Belts (2000). He later became a Lean Six Sigma Instructor for Motorola University and the American Society for Quality (circa. 2002). George has worked with the American Red Cross, working on projects that grossed over $178 million dollars in bottom-line savings. Other organizations that he has provided services for include the U.S. Navy, L-3 Communications, Federal Reserve Bank, Exxon-Mobil, Waste Management to mention a few.
As a MBB, George has worked with major financial institutions, such as Capital One, TD Ameritrade, Freddie Mac, and Alltel. He was also an Operational Excellence Instructor (Six Sigma for Service) for Washington Mutual. He commenced his quality pursuit by implementing Statistical Process Control (SPC) in the appliance (Siemens), aerospace (Boeing), automotive (Ford), and defence (Canadian Armed Forces) industries.
