Objective: How to identify and use job analysis techniques to support performance standards, conduct skill gap analysis, coach employees and give constructive feedback to increase job performance.

Supervisory/Team Leadership Level 2: Lead "Better"
Objective: How to identify and apply people and learn leadership skills, how to make work assignments, monitoring and increase quality and customer service, staff development for skill building, performance management, and how to deal with inadequate performance.

Supervisory/Team Leadership Level 3: First Level Manager
Objective: How to analyze work, plan efficient use of limited resources, apply behaviorally-based interviewing techniques, supervise and develop lead people (supervisors and staff), guide performance to maintain productivity for daily work and deliver special projects.
