Input was provided to an options study and analysis of various sites and approaches to locate, design, and implement a + $100 Million project for the defense industry. The study considered which of several approaches offered the most likely success relative to functionality, schedule, and cost performance. The project management planning approach was then designed specific to the needs of the project and resulted in an integrated project scope, schedule, and cost baseline. This baseline provides a measure against which future performance will be determined.
