This project consisted of installation of the state-of-the-art Oracle technology. Our primary responsibility was to oversee the technical staff and to implement the Web base software. This project was very challenging and required additional negotiations with Kids123 Management on terms and conditions as this dynamic environment changed due to numerous issues were encountered with the software, which were resolved successfully. We collected weekly status reports and provided a consolidated status report back to management on the progress of the work as well as on the behalf of other independent consultants on this project. Tasks performed ranged from Oracle DBMS installation to PL/SQL programming. Multiple weeks were spent installing and tailoring the complex Oracle software on the NT Server. Eventually the Oracle WebDB software was upgraded from V2.2 to V2.3. We programmed multiple PL/SQL screens to enable the Web capabilities to allow teachers to sign-on and update the Oracle Database via the World Wide Web. Due to our extensive Oracle background and delivery capabilities, we proved to be the best value for this project. Having multiple years of database background and Oracle programming skill sets as well as a unique combination of Database Design and Programming Skills, we provided the best service at the best prices.
