Mastering the Art of Facilitation

DESCRIPTION:
This workshop is designed to improve the skills of
two-way communication. Whether interacting with a team,
leading a performance review, or interacting with customers,
the ability to draw out responses from the other party and
to probe for information improves overall communication.
This course highlights strategies for managing negative
interactions in others and improving your personal persuasion.
OBJECTIVES:
At the end of this course, the participants will be able to:
- Understand the role and responsibility of the team facilitator.
- Identify team facilitation skills and techniques to meet team needs.
- Understand and demonstrate feedback and questioning strategies.
- Demonstrate the skills of the facilitator in a role-play situation.
AUDIENCE:
Anyone who needs to improve 2-way interactions or who leads a team.
