Five Keys to an Effective Team M-736
DESCRIPTION:
For an organization to be effective, its teams need to know how to work, solve problems, make decisions, and be accountable for actions and results. Without the necessary foundation, team members don’t ask for help when they need it, fail to discuss and grapple with difficult issues, under commit and perform. Results suffer. This course identifies the five keys to success building off of the Patrick Lencioni model from The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. Participants engage in experiential activities in order to raise the level of understanding. This course is ideal for an intact team.
