DESCRIPTION:

This intensive five-day course provides auditors and lead auditors with the knowledge needed to seek certification as an ISO 9000 lead auditor. The course is ideal for those individuals responsible for the management and direction of a company's quality management system as well as for those seeking additional career enhancement.

OBJECTIVES:

• Make clear the requirements for assessing a Quality Management System (QMS) to the ISO 9000 series of international quality process standards
• To meet all necessary training requirements for obtaining registration by the IQA (Institute of Quality Assurance) in the UK, or the RAB (Registrar Accreditation Board) in the U.S. as an Auditor/Lead Auditor.

• Auditors and lead auditors seeking certification as an ISO 9000 lead auditor.
• Individuals responsible for the management and direction of a company's quality management system.

PREREQUISITES:

q Basic review of the ISO 9001:2000 standard and its requirements.
