Advanced PCM® M-750
DESCRIPTION:
Taking PCM to the next level, this advanced seminar focuses on connecting, motivating, and resolving conflict. Participants practice, practice, and practice some more. Beyond honing the skills learned in the 3-day seminar, individuals delve deeper into the richness of the Process Communication Model©. They will enhance their knowledge of distress behaviors by identifying roles, games, rackets and failure patterns - scripts that sabotage our personal and professional autonomy. Participants will receive their own individualized manuals with base and phase scripts identified. For more information on the Process Communication Model, click PCM.
