DESCRIPTION:

This seminar helps individuals and teams achieve higher quality in providing professional services through more effective communication. Participants learn how to tailor communications to most effectively meet the psychological and business needs of customers and suppliers. Effective interaction increases customer loyalty and supplier reliability. The Quality Relations Profile is incorporated into the manual. OBJECTIVES:

At the end of this course, the participants will be able to:

  • Identify the six "Kahler" personality types.

  • Connect and communicate with customers and suppliers according to their favored means of communication.

  • Identify the psychological and motivational needs of customers and suppliers.

  • Offer ways to invite customers and suppliers into a frame of mind to facilitate successful transactions.

AUDIENCE:

Individuals or teams who want to improve their communication skills and understand how to more effectively relate to and motivate customers and suppliers.

PREREQUISITES:

No prerequisites to this class.
