DESCRIPTION:
This seminar explores personal and professional leadership through the use of Process Communication. Executives and managers learn personality assessment skills, motivational strategies, and intervention techniques to avert predictable employee failure patterns and dynamics. OBJECTIVES:
At the end of this course, the participants will be able to:
- Identify the six "Kahler" personality types.
- Connect and communicate with employees according to their favored means of communication.
- Determine the psychological and motivational needs of each personality type.
- Identify and understand the six types of distress behavior.
- Identify the difference between problems and symptoms in an employee's behavior.
- Develop a positive, workable strategy for each employee type.
AUDIENCE:
Executives and managers who want to improve their communication skills and understand how to relate to and motivate others more effectively. This seminar is recommended only when executives are unable to attend the 3-day PCM seminar.
PREREQUISITES:
No prerequisites to this class.
