LEADER EFFECTIVENESS TRAINING L.E.T.

DESCRIPTION:

L.E.T. is a premier management-training program in which people learn a trust-building, skill-based model of leadership. This is accomplished through inter-active lectures, structured experiences, instructor modeling and demonstrations, skill practice with feedback and coaching, and both small and large group discussions.

OBJECTIVES:

Upon completion of the course, participants will:

• Increase communication effectiveness
• Influence others to cooperate and participate more fully
• Become a more effective team builder
• Conduct more productive meetings
• Tap hidden talent and make others feel committed and engaged in their work tasks
• Reduce resistance to change
• Resolve conflicts quickly and effectively

AUDIENCE:

Leaders, team members and potential leaders.

PREREQUISITES:

No prerequisites to this class.

EXPECTED RESULTS:

• Reduce time spent in unproductive communication
• Improve clarity of focus on task
• Improve working relationships
• Solve interpersonal and team conflicts in a timely manner
