Leader Effectiveness Training L.E.T.

DESCRIPTION:
L.E.T. is a premier management-training program in which people learn a trust-building, skill-based model of leadership. This is accomplished through inter-active lectures, structured experiences, instructor modeling and demonstrations, skill practice with feedback and coaching, and both small and large group discussions.
OBJECTIVES:
Upon completion of the course, participants will:
- Increase communication effectiveness
- Influence others to cooperate and participate more fully
- Become a more effective team builder
- Conduct more productive meetings
- Tap hidden talent and make others feel committed and engaged in their work tasks
- Reduce resistance to change
- Resolve conflicts quickly and effectively
AUDIENCE:
Leaders, team members and potential leaders.
PREREQUISITES:
No prerequisites to this class.
