Peak Team Performance M-786
DESCRIPTION:
Getting teams to peak performance levels quickly is the primary goal of this seminar. High performance teams should not be a matter of luck. Through awareness, confrontation, and planned action, teams of all types can accelerate their learning curve to get to the business at hand. Through lecture and workshop, participants will learn the links between team dynamics and team function by examining the forming to performing sequence. Meeting efficiency is examined from meeting plan to follow through as participants view and critique a 20-minute video of meeting foibles. Participants apply a self-diagnostic tool to discover their unique interaction style. The style indicator reflects individual blind spots in information processing and communication allowing teams to leverage individual strengths and minimize weaknesses. Lastly, participants are teamed up to face a set of challenges that require them to utilize the insights gained from the style indicator.
