This two-day workshop focuses on how to (1) conduct; (2) document; and (3) apply the learnings to your own organization.

OBJECTIVES:

The objectives of the workshop are for participants to:

• Prepare for and conduct a benchmarking visit in a professional manner
• Ensure that the data collected from the benchmarking visit is that which is important to your organization
• Appropriately document the data and results of the benchmarking visit
• Formally report back to management the results of the visit along with recommendations for applying best practices learned to your organization
• Planning and Implementing the recommended changes into the organization

AUDIENCE:

Anyone who wants to participate in a benchmarking visit

PREREQUISITES:

No prerequisites to this class

EXPECTED RESULTS:

Tangible results/improvements as a result of learning's from benchmarking visits
