This two-day workshop focuses on how to (1) conduct; (2) document; and (3) apply the learnings to your own organization.
OBJECTIVES:
The objectives of the workshop are for participants to:
- Prepare for and conduct a benchmarking visit in a professional manner
- Ensure that the data collected from the benchmarking visit is that which is important to your organization
- Appropriately document the data and results of the benchmarking visit
- Formally report back to management the results of the visit along with recommendations for applying best practices learned to your organization
- Planning and Implementing the recommended changes into the organization
