Achieving Customer Focus Through Six Sigma for the Small and Midsize Business is a full-day Seminar that delivers an understanding of how the principles of Six Sigma, now in use by more than 80% of Fortune 500 corporations, can be applied to medium and small businesses.
The Seminar will cover:
- The concepts and tools needed to achieve customer-focus
- The environment required at any organization in order to successfully implement a Customer Focused culture
- What is required to implement Six Sigma in their businesses.
The Seminar provides an overview of the benefits, requirements, and processes necessary to successfully implement Six Sigma in your organization. Attendees should include the owner or CEO/COO as well as the person who will be managing the implementation. Guidelines will be provided to assist in motivating management, employees, customers and suppliers to commit to the Six Sigma program.
